Project overview

As she prepared to celebrate her retirement from active service, our client approached Toshworld to create the visual and printed materials for the occasion.

The project required a coordinated identity across the celebration, with Toshworld handling the process from creative direction and design through proofing, production, finishing, packaging and delivery.

The requirement

The client wanted her retirement celebration to feel memorable, organised and visually consistent. She entrusted Toshworld with the event branding, programme, branded souvenirs and banners required for the occasion.

With the event approaching, the different materials needed to be designed and produced within a relatively short timeframe while maintaining a consistent look across every item.

Our approach

Creative direction & preparation
We reviewed the client's requirements, event information, photographs and materials supplied, then developed a visual direction appropriate for celebrating her retirement and years of service.

Design & proofing
The programme, souvenirs and banners were developed around the approved creative direction, giving the different materials a unified appearance. Proofs were presented to the client for review and approval before final production.

Production, finishing & delivery
Following approval, Toshworld moved the project into production. The programmes, souvenirs and banners were printed and produced, followed by finishing, quality checks and packaging before final delivery within the required timeframe.

The result

The completed project provided the client with a coordinated collection of branded materials ready for her retirement celebration.

From the programme guests received to the souvenirs and event banners, the different elements carried a consistent visual identity — with Toshworld managing the project from the initial creative direction through to the finished materials and delivery.
