Branding a Season of Appreciation
Branded souvenir jotters for customer appreciation and branding for a delivery fleet, prepared from the client's own prototype and produced for the Yuletide season.
Project overview
A logistics company based in Ondo City approached Toshworld during the Yuletide season with an idea to appreciate its customers while strengthening the visibility of its brand.
The client required branded souvenirs for customers and branding for its delivery motorcycles. Working from the prototype and direction supplied by the client, Toshworld developed the materials for production and managed the project through to final delivery.
The requirement
The client wanted to use the festive season as an opportunity to put smiles on the faces of customers who had supported the business, while ensuring that the company's branding remained professionally represented.
The project involved producing branded souvenirs for customer appreciation and applying the company's visual identity to its delivery motorcycles. Both needed to remain consistent with the client's existing brand and supplied prototype.
With the Yuletide activities approaching, the work also needed to be completed within a relatively short timeframe.

Brief & brand preparation
We reviewed the client's prototype, branding requirements and intended applications, ensuring we understood how the existing identity should translate across both the souvenirs and motorcycles.

Artwork preparation & proofing
The supplied concept was professionally prepared and adapted for the required production formats. Proofs were presented for review and approval before proceeding with final production.

Production, branding & delivery
Following approval, Toshworld produced the branded souvenirs and completed the required motorcycle branding. The finished materials were checked, prepared and packaged where applicable before final delivery within the required timeframe.
The result
The project delivered two practical expressions of the client's brand: customer appreciation souvenirs for the festive season and professionally branded motorcycles that carried the company's identity into its everyday logistics operations.
Toshworld managed the process from the supplied prototype and artwork preparation through proofing, production, finishing, branding and delivery, giving the client a coordinated result across both applications.
