Project 05 Printing Institutional Print Production
From Design to Finished Yearbook
Student yearbooks produced from another studio's approved design — pre-production, proofing, printing, finishing, packaging and delivery.
Project overview
Toshworld collaborated with a creative brand on the production of yearbooks for students of AFUED. With the yearbook design already developed by the collaborating brand, Toshworld was entrusted with turning the supplied artwork into professionally finished physical copies.
Our role focused on the complete production process — from reviewing the supplied prototype and preparing it for print through proofing, production, finishing, packaging and delivery.
The requirement
The project required the production of student yearbooks based on an existing design and prototype supplied by the collaborating brand.
The key requirement was to ensure that the approved creative work translated effectively from digital artwork into the finished printed product, with appropriate attention given to print quality, page presentation, finishing and the overall appearance of the yearbook.
The production also needed to be completed within the required timeframe.

Artwork & production preparation
We received the completed design and prototype from the collaborating brand, reviewed the supplied materials and prepared the project for production.

Proofing & production guidance
Before full production, the project went through the necessary proofing and production checks to ensure the supplied artwork would translate properly into the intended yearbook format.

Printing, finishing & delivery
Following approval, Toshworld handled the yearbook production and finishing process. The completed copies were checked, packaged and prepared for delivery within the required timeframe.
The result
The supplied digital designs were transformed into finished physical yearbooks ready for use by the students.
The project demonstrated Toshworld's ability to work collaboratively with another creative brand — respecting the original design while providing the technical production, printing, finishing, packaging and delivery required to bring the project to completion.
