Celebrating 90 Years
A coordinated set of souvenirs, programmes and banners for a family's 90th birthday celebration — designed, produced, finished and delivered by one team.
Project overview
The Ojo family approached Toshworld while preparing for their mother's 90th birthday celebration. They needed a coordinated collection of printed materials and souvenirs that would complement the occasion and give the celebration a consistent, well-presented identity.
Toshworld handled the project from the initial design direction through production, finishing, packaging and final delivery.
The requirement
The family required three key items for the celebration: branded souvenirs, event programmes and banners.
With the celebration approaching, the materials needed to be designed, approved and produced within a relatively short timeframe while maintaining consistency across all three items.
The goal was not simply to print the materials, but to ensure they looked coordinated and appropriate for such an important family milestone.
Our approach

Creative direction & preparation
We reviewed the family's requirements and developed a visual direction that could work consistently across the souvenirs, programmes and banners.

Design & proofing
Toshworld prepared the designs and presented them to the client for proofing and approval before production, allowing the family to review the appearance of the materials before they were finalised.
- 03
Production, finishing & delivery
Following approval, the three items moved into production. We handled the printing, finishing and packaging before preparing the completed materials for delivery within the required timeframe.
The result
The completed project brought the souvenirs, programmes and banners together as one coordinated event package for the mother's 90th birthday celebration.
From the initial brief to the final packaged materials, Toshworld provided the family with one point of contact for the project's design, production, finishing and delivery.
