Four memorial billboards for a burial ceremony — a supplied concept adapted for large-format output, proofed, printed, finished and delivered to time.
Project overview
Toshworld collaborated with a creative brand to produce a coordinated set of four memorial billboards for a burial ceremony.
Working from the client's supplied prototype and project direction, Toshworld supported the project from artwork preparation and proofing through large-format production, finishing, packaging and delivery.
The requirement
The project required four large-format billboards to serve as prominent visual tributes during the burial ceremony.
The supplied concept needed to be properly adapted for large-format output while maintaining the intended photographs, memorial information and overall visual presentation.
With the ceremony approaching, the complete set also needed to move through proofing and production within a limited timeframe.

Brief & artwork preparation
We received the prototype and project requirements from the collaborating brand, reviewed the artwork and prepared the supplied concept for the required billboard applications.

Design adaptation & proofing
The artwork was refined and adapted to the required formats, with attention given to image presentation, typography and readability at large scale. Proofs were reviewed and approved before final production.

Large-format production & delivery
Following approval, Toshworld handled the large-format printing and finishing of all four billboards. The completed pieces were checked and prepared for delivery ahead of the ceremony.
The result
The project resulted in a coordinated set of four finished memorial billboards, ready to be displayed as part of the family's burial ceremony.
From the supplied prototype to the finished large-format pieces, Toshworld provided the production expertise required to translate the original concept into professionally produced physical displays within the required timeframe.
